History
Walaber is the online name for Tim FitzRandolph, a longtime game creator and designer. Best known as the creator of “JellyCar” and the lead designer of “Where’s My Water?” for Disney mobile, Tim has gone full indie as of 2020.
Pro Gymnast is based on a much simpler freeware game Tim made back in 2008 called simply “Gymnast”. A lifelong gymnast and acrobat, Pro Gymnast is a solo game project over two years in the making.

Similar to QWOP, Getting Over It, and old classic Ski Stunt Simulator, the game has players directly control the limbs of their gymnast using both analog sticks. This makes the controls difficult, but also extremely expressive and powerful. Unlike QWOP and Getting Over It, Pro Gymnast’s structure takes inspiration from games like Trials HD and Tony Hawk Pro Skater, providing multiple goal medals to earn in each level of the game. Levels are also mercifully short, and retries are instantaneous, to keep the frustration at bay!
